Hola chicos, Estamos en la búsqueda de dos compañeros de piso, nuestro anteriores compañeros acaban de regresar a su país. Compañeros de Inglaterra, Francia, Italia, EE UU y Suecia han dejado su huella aquí. Compartiendo comidas, historias, salidas, despedidas... Tenemos un hermoso piso de 110 m2, reformado a nuevo. Algunas características del apartamento son: -Muy luminoso -Espacios grandes -Biblioteca -Patio de luz -Patio de ropas -Cuarto de herramientas -Cocina amplia -Balcón En cuanto al diseño, somos amantes de los detalles y del arte, así que vas a poder apreciar: -Pinturas en todo el piso, incluyendo las habitaciones - Plantas y flores, dando calidez y color a nuestros espacios - Hay detalles traídos desde Inglaterra, Francia, Turquía, Brasil, por su puesto también los hay de Colombia. Y lo más importante, es un espacio muy limpio y organizado, desinfectado, un espacio realmente cálido para trabajar, estudiar desde casa o simplemente llegar a descansar después de un día largo. Es un apartamento práctico, todo lo que está se utiliza, no hay excesos pero tampoco faltan cosas. Estamos a 20 minutos del Poblado, a 5 minutos caminando al parque de Envigado (un lugar auténtico). Hay restaurantes a dos cuadras (Comida peruana, sushi, pizzerías, hamburguesas, heladerías...) También tenemos una escuela de idiomas a solo 3 cuadras. Estamos al frente de la cancha el Dorado, donde puedes entrenar, correr, jugar fútbol, baloncesto. Actualmente vive Sarihta, inglesa, amante de la lectura, escritora, vegetariana, 28 años. Ha vivido en China, España, Argentina. En sus tiempos libres, práctica fútbol, yoga. También vive Jota, Colombiano, 30 años. Amante del arte, de la cartografía mental. Actor, emprendedor, fotógrafo, director de proyectos. Vivió por más de 10 años entre Argentina, Brasil, y Uruguay. En fin, si usted es una persona respetuosa, organizada, limpia, con buena convivencia, por favor permítase conocer un lugar diferente. We’ve had roommates from all over the world...from England, France, Italy, the USA and Sweden, sharing meals, stories, departures and farewells. We have a beautiful apartment of 110 m2 and recently renovated. Some of the best features of our apartment are: -Very bright -Large open spaces -Library -Light yard -Courtyard to hang and wash clothes -Tools Room -Large kitchen -Balcony In terms of design, we are art lovers and pay attention to detail, so you will be able to appreciate: -Pictures and art throughout all the apartment, including the rooms - Plants and flowers, giving warmth and color to our shared space. - There are souvenirs brought from England, France, Turkey, Brazil, and of course, from Colombia. And most importantly, we make sure we maintain a very clean and organized space where you can comfortably work, study from home or just get to rest after a long day. We are 20 minutes from el Poblado and 5 minutes walk to the park of Envigado (an authentic place). There are restaurants two blocks away (Peruvian food, sushi, pizzerias, hamburgers, ice cream shops ...) We also have a language school only 3 blocks away, so you can practice your Spanish at home and around the town. We are in front of El Dorado track and football pitch, where you can train, run and play soccer and basketball. At the moment, there are two of us living in our apartment: Sarihta from England - lover of reading, writing and a 28 year old veggie. She has lived in China, Spain, Argentina and in her free time practices soccer and yoga. Jota from Colombia, 30 years old - Lover of art, of mental cartography, an actor, entrepreneur, photographer and project director. He lived abroad for more than 10 years in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. Anyway, if you are a respectful person, organized, clean and full of good vibes, we’d love to meet you.
